Webster's Town Board votes tonight on a moratorium exemption for the Dinks and Links project (webster-town-board-preview-august-6-2026) — An earlier version of this article stated that the public hearing on Local Law #3 was the only item on the agenda that takes public comment. Every regular Town Board meeting agenda also carries an Open to the Floor period, with the same five-minute limit. All four speakers at the Aug. 6 meeting spoke during that period.

What the moratorium actually froze: the one project now in limbo (what-the-moratorium-actually-froze) — An earlier version of this article stated that the moratorium applies to property in one of five commercial and office-park districts. It applies to six. Low Intensity Commercial is two separate districts, LC-1 and LC-2, and Local Law No. 2 names both.

(planning-board-june-2-2026) — An earlier version of this article stated that Dinks and Links would sit immediately west of the Lowe's on Five Mile Line Road. The correct location is immediately east of the Lowe's, per the submitted site plan.
